You’ll find the location on the east side of the map, in Akkala. If you’ve unlocked it already, fast travel to Sinatanika Shrine. If not, you’ll have to make the long trip on foot or horse. Once you’re in the Akkala Highlands, go north to Ordorac Quarry.

On your way there, you may find yourself ambushed by a Yiga ninja, so be prepared. Keep traveling northward, and you’ll eventually find yourself a little spring with a ring of land in it.

Glide down if you want to talk to the Goddess of Power. The coordinates are: 3755, 2668, 0002. This spot is highlighted in the image above.

The goddess grants you a reward if you give her four Lights of Blessing or four Sage’s Will. Other than that, there’s not much to do at the Spring of Power except enjoy the pretty scenery.
