Zangief is confirmed for Street Fighter V with an introduction trailer

Capcom’s really picking its spots for Street Fighter V character announcements. Zangief has been officially revealed for the game at IgroMir Expo 2015 in, you guessed it, Russia.

The man who may be more cyclone than muscle grapples his way back onto the Street Fighter roster after an inclusion in IV. He apparently has his Cyclone Lariat (V-Trigger) and Iron Muscle (V-Skill), as well as some others that haven’t been detailed yet.

We’re nearing the finish line, folks. With ‘Gief added to Street Fighter V, there are only three more characters left to fill out the roster. Go and do your country proud.
