In this article, you can find more details about Zani’s abilities, including her Skill, Liberation, and Forte.

Zani abilities in Wuthering Waves leaked

Basic Attack

Here are all of Zani’s Basic Attacks, as per the info shared by Hakush.in:

  • Basic Attack: Performs up to 4 consecutive attacks, dealing Spectro DMG.
  • Heavy Attack: Consume stamina to deal Spector DMG.
  • Mid-air attack: Consume stamina to perform a mid-air Plunging Attack, dealing Spectro DMG.

Resonance Skill – Base

  • Holding Resonance Skill will trigger Zani’s parry stance. Releasing it deals Spectro DMG to the enemy.
  • Within a short period, pressing Basic Attack deals Spectro DMG and slows down the enemy.

Enhanced Resonance Skill – Advancing Annihilation Plan

  • Before Zani enters her enhanced Inferno state and the Redundant Kinetic Energy gauge is full, Resonance Skill changes to Advancing Annihilation Plan.
  • Zani enters the preparation form by pressing or holding the Resonance Skill. In this form, releasing Skill consumes all Redundant Kinetic Energy to deal Spectro DMG and slows down the enemy. If she takes damage in this form, the incoming damage will be reduced and Zani will consume Redundant Kinetic Energy before performing a counterattack, dealing Spectro DMG, and freezing the enemies.

Resonance Liberation

  • Deal Spectro DMG and enter the enhanced Inferno state. The upper limit of [Infernal Light] increases by 50. Additionally, she immediately gains 50 [Infernal Light] and her Basic Attack multiplier is increased.
  • End of Judgement: When in Inferno state and [Infernal Light] is less than 30, Zani unlocks Resonance Liberation End of Judgement. Upon casting it, Zani deals Spectro DMG and exits the Infernal state.

Forte Circuit

When Zani is in the team, any time a party member applies Spectro Frazzle on the enemy, immediately calculate and deal damage based on all the stacks, and it is converted into Bright Sun’s Ember. Each time this effect is triggered, Zanni gains Infernal Light based on the number of converted layers. Bright Sun’s Embers can be considered Spectro Frazzle layers to trigger the “Eternal Light Here” set effect.

Resonance Skill

  • When Zani is in Infernal state, her Heavy Attacks are enhanced and deal Spectro DMG. This damage is considered Heavy Attack DMG and Spectro Frazzle. Holding Resonance Skill causes Zani to enter the preparation state. When skill is released in this state, she consumes Infernal Light to perform an enhanced Heavy Attack.
  • If attacked in the preparation state, Zani will be immune to crowd control, and the damage received will be decreased. Additionally, she will consume Infernal Light to perform an enhanced Heavy Attack before freezing the enemy.
  • After the preparation state ends, Zani will perform another enhanced Heavy Attack. She will also consume some stacks of Infernal Light, and the DMG from her enhanced Heavy Attack will increase for each stack consumed.

Zani will also gain additional effects that will further boost her Heavy Attacks.

Inherent Talents

Listed below are Zani’s passives:

  • Casting Intro Skill increases Zani’s Spectro DMG by 12%.
  • The damage taken is reduced by 20% when in Inferno state.

That’s all the details we have on Zani’s kit. The info has been directly translated from Chinese texts, so there may be some differences upon release.

In any case, Zani’s abilities rely on the Spectro Frazzle effect, so her team options are pretty limited. As of this writing, Phoebe is a good choice to pair with Zani. If you don’t have the Acolyte of the Order, you can also go for Spectro Rover.
