Wuthering Waves: All upcoming characters and banner schedule

While the initial launch of Wuthering Waves introduced a plethora of intriguing characters, more unique fighters are on their way with the new updates. We’ll show you Wuthering Waves’ upcoming characters and the game’s banner schedule. 

All upcoming characters in Wuthering Waves

The following characters are expected to arrive in Wuthering Waves:

• Yinlin
• Jinhsi
• Changli

According to the Version 1.0 Event Overview, Yinlin arrives on June 13, 2024. As a 5-star Resonator, she harnesses the Electro element using her Rectifier weapon. Once players reach Union Level 16 and complete the Photos of Jizhou tutorial quest, they can unlock her Story Quest. 

As for the other two characters, Jinhsi and Changli, their exact release dates are still under wraps. However, the Wuthering Waves Twitter/X account recently shared their stunning artwork, hinting at a possible 1.1 release. You might have already caught a glimpse of these characters in the current versions, but they aren’t playable just yet. 

Like Genshin Impact, more characters will likely arrive with each banner. So, we’ll need to wait for Wuthering Waves’ next phase for additional fighters. 

While you wait, check out Wuthering Waves’ current banner for the chance to get the 5-star Resonator, Jiyan. Other 4-star Resonators, including Danjin, Chixia, and Mortefi, may also be unlocked. 

Wuthering Waves banner schedule

When Thunder Pours is the next Wuthering Waves banner, from June 13 to July 2. During this time, an increased drop rate is available for these characters:

• Yinlin: 5-star Resonator
• Taoqi: 4-star Resonator
• Aalto: 4-star Resonator
• Yuanwu: 4-star Resonator

You can also expect the Stringmaster Weapon Event Convene, a special event where any time you pull a 5-star weapon, it is guaranteed to be an exclusive Stringmaster. This is a great opportunity to enhance your arsenal with powerful weapons. Plus, these 4-star weapons will receive a drop rate increase, making it easier to obtain them:

• Jinzhou Keeper: Rectifier
• Cadenza: Pistol
• Lunar Cutter: Sword

The current Wuthering Waves banner schedule offers a few other gear options. Those who tune in now can get the Verdant Summit 5-star featured weapon. 4-star tools, like the Dauntless Evernight, Variation, and Hollow Mirage, are also included with boosted drops.
