[With everything going on in the world, it can be easy to forget how much video games can bring people together. LazrDragon lost his cousin to cancer this year, and is now using gaming as a means of raising money to donate to charity in her memory. Join him and his cousin in their effort to play 28 straight hours of survival horror in hopes of breaking a record and fundraising for Child’s Play Charity. – Community Team]

In 2012 our cousin, Cassy Colunga, was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. She passed away this August after a long and hard-fought battle. My cousin Devyne and I are attempting to break the world record for “Longest videogame marathon on a survival-horror game.” Our favorite memories with Cassy are when we played video games together and when we watched scary movies. So we decided to combine the two and try to raise some money for charity in her honor.

We are setting the record for longest marathon playing a survival horror game and our goal is 28 hours. You can join us on Twitch here and donate here.
