World of Warcraft (WoW) 10.2 M+ Healer Tier List

Heals have been in a strange spot throughout most of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. In 10.2, the Healer meta changes a little bit, especially for Mythic+. As Season 3 for M+ approaches, we’ve put together this Healer Tier List to help you decide which class to consider playing headed into the update.

Our World of Warcraft (WoW) 10.2 M+ Healer Tier List highlights the best classes for Healing in Mythic+ content. As the season progresses, it’s likely this meta will shift a little a bit. However, at the start of the season, we feel this is an appropriate list for categorizing the strengths of each Healer spec in going into patch 10.2.

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight 10.2 Mythic+ Healer Tier List

Obviously compared to DPS, there aren’t as many options when choosing which Healer to play in Mythic+ going into 10.2. In fact, there are only six options in total. However, there are definite differences in viability between the classes. Two of the healer options for M+ are superb and have the ability to handle every scenario as well as additional utility toolkits to increase the odds of success in M+. On the flip side, two separate classes are bit lacking overall when it comes to Mythic+. While they may be able to do lower level keys successfully, you may want to look at other options when choosing your Healer for higher keys.
