Where to find Tri’s friends in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom Stilled Upper Zora River

The Zora region is in a state of chaos due to the intense battle between the River and Sea Chief. As the princess of Hyrule, the responsibility falls on you to rescue the helpless residents.

Discover the whereabouts of all Tri’s friends in the Stilled Upper Zora River of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom.

All Tri friend locations in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom Chaos at River Zora Village quest

As per Tri’s instructions, you’ll need to find five of their friends inside the Stilled Upper Zora River. We’ll divide each location to help you complete the Chaos at River Zora quest in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom.

At the river entrance, turn right to jump across some floating stone platforms. You’ll spot one of the first friend locations to the right. Use four Old Bed Echoes to reach it.

While at the first location, swim up a frozen-in-time waterfall (press the Surface interaction to get up). Use some trampolines to go upwards, and you should find a room with a ladder.

Eliminate the Bombfish here and learn its Echo if you haven’t already. Now, you can use it to blast the obstacles ahead. Swim toward the bottom level and head straight to discover the second Tri friend. Utilize the Bombfish once again to get to it.

Make sure to also use the air bubbles nearby to replenish Zelda’s oxygen. Or, use Bubble Kelp to increase your duration.

Keep swimming toward the left side and look up to spot a corrupted Tektite. Defeat it to obtain another Tri friend for the Chaos at River Zora Village quest. It’ll be pretty fast and strong, so let an Echo (Darknut worked for me) deal with it or use one of the Swordfighter forms.

Return to the river entrance and go toward the left side. Swim up the river, and you’ll spot a Tri friend inside one of the bodies of water.

The last Tri friend is located to the right of the fourth location. Use the Platboom Echo to go up the hill.

Place four Old Beds as a bridge again to reach the trees on the right, and then start traveling north.

Swim up the water to locate Tri’s friend by a cliff on the left side.

Now that you’ve found all of Tri’s friends in the Stilled Upper Zora River, you’ll help mend the Rift. Collect two Unusual Crystals from Tri as a reward, and return to the outside world. Once up top, you’ll complete the Chaos at River Zora Village quest in Zelda Echoes of Wisdom.
