Where to find Fiend Roses in Diablo 4

A Fiend Rose by any other name

If youā€™re dipping your toes into making perfect gearsets in Diablo 4, youā€™ll want a lot of Fiend Roses. Youā€™ll notably need these if you visit the Occultist to replace an affix on a piece of equipment. Considering that you may need to reroll an affix multiple times until you get an effect you want, you really canā€™t have enough of these devilish flowers.

Youā€™ll find Fiend Roses as part of Helltide events in Diablo 4. These wonā€™t appear on the map until youā€™ve cleared the campaign and progressed to World Tier 3, so donā€™t count on farming for these until then. If youā€™ve cleared that criteria, look on your map for any areas that are enveloped in red. This marks an area where a Helltide event is live. Slay monsters and look for any plants you can harvest for a chance to get Fiend Roses.

Additionally, you may find Fiend Roses in Silent Chests out in the world. However, not only is this an unreliable farming method, but the drop rate is also low. I frankly wouldnā€™t count on finding Fiend Roses unless you plan to run Helltide events.

How often do Helltide events spawn?

If you really need to farm Fiend Roses, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that youā€™ll have to wait for a Helltide event to spawn if you donā€™t see one live on the map. The good news is that Helltide Events reliably appear every two hours and fifteen minutes, so you can plan to play when they’re live.

To help you out, consider checking out the Helltide event tracker here. If an event isnā€™t live in the game yet, this will at least let you see when the next one will pop up. Enjoy your flower picking!
