• Wixon Homestead: 10-12 bags of fertilizer found in and around a small shed in the backyard.
• Lewisburg: 10 bags on the rooftops with greenhouses throughout the town.
• Flatwoods: 6 in the garden area and the shed found there.
• Vault-Tec Agricultural Research Center: 5 in the greenhouses found behind the main building.

Wixon Homestead is by far the best POI to farm bags of fertilizer. The shed is a short run from the fast-travel point and besides a couple Scorched in the area, is relatively safe.
