Cecilia in Genshin Impact location

Cecilia in Genshin Impact is found exclusively at Starsnatch Cliff as depicted in the above picture. It’s north of the Thousand Winds Temple and east of Starfell Lake within the northeast Mondstadt region. They can be spotted in the open grass of this area. They have a long green stalk and white petals.

“It only grows where harsh winds blow, and is just a intangible as the true heart of an unbound soul,” explains the game’s description of the flower. To ascend Venti, you’ll need these amounts:

  • First ascension – 3
  • Second ascension – 10
  • Third ascension – 20
  • Fourth ascension – 30
  • Fifth ascension – 45
  • Sixth ascension – 60

Where to buy Cecilia

You can purchase this white flower from Flora in the main city of Mondstadt. She runs a flower shop near the entrance of Mondstadt to the right of the first staircase. She won’t be there at night, however, so pass the time from the in-game menu before attempting to find her.

Once she’s there, talk to the girl and select “I’d like to buy some flowers.” A menu pops up after that. You’ll find you can buy five Cecilia for 1,000 Mora each. What a bargain! You can also get some Calla Lilies and Windwheel Asters from here, which are used to ascend other characters like Diona and Aether/Lumine. She’ll restock these flowers every three days.
