With every new location added in Warframe comes that one elusive item that players have a hard time getting. Whether itās for farming purposes or completing missions, the new thing that has everyone scratching their heads is the Murmur Sarcophage. If youāre one of the many players out there struggling, weāre here to help. Hereās how and where to find a Murmur Sarcophage in Warframe.
Where to find a Murmur Sarcophage in Warframe
Chances are, youāre trying to look for at least three Sarcophages as part of a bounty task. These can be found in the outside parts of the new tileset. It does not matter what type of mission youāre running or what level the bounty is.
When you are in the outer part of these maps with all the ruins and sand, look around and try to locate these chests with a skeletal hand grasping them. Simply attack them as you would to a normal cache to get whatās inside.
What you will receive from these Sarcophages is Stela. Itās a resource that will be necessary for crafting the new Warframe, Qorvex, or obtaining other specific entities that came in this update. You may have obtained Stela through normal means, but these bounty tasks specifically require you to locate and open up these Sarcophages.
If youāre having trouble finding these, itās best to equip your frame with a Loot Detector mod or put Animal Instinct on your companion. Itāll widen the range at which you can locate all types of loot on the map.
Chances are if youāre on a mission in the Deimos Depths and get to the ruins, the loot detection will pick up random caches of materials in hard-to-reach places. Thatās a good chance that you may have located what youāre looking for.
How to farm Murmur Sarcophages efficiently
Finding these caches can be a bit tough. Since pathing isnāt really a thing in Warframeās map system, you sort of just have to feel how high or low an item appears on it. Itās oftentimes made a meme to make fun of how frustrating the map is, so thereās a bit of a workaround here to get Stela and complete the bounty objective.
Bring a frame that can break crates with AoE abilities. Think something like Saryn. Should you have enough ability range, her molt can explode and open crates from afar. This should open the Sarcophages too.
Alternatively, you can bring weapons with large AoE blasts like launchers and rockets. Just slap a Fulmination or Firestorm mod on them and blast away. Once you see some kind of random damage number pop up on the screen, thatās most likely a sign you opened the cache.
Then, all you need to have is Vacuum or Fetch (depending on what type of companion you have) so that you can jump around in the general area and pick up the loot. Itās a bit lazy of a workaround, but finding that small corridor or opening in a secluded area makes you lose out on so much grind time.
