Where to destroy slurp or slap barrels in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3

You only need one run to do it

Long-term Fortnite players should be well-accustomed to slurp barrels at this point, but the hotspots for tracking them down en masse change on any given season. Here’s where to easily find them for the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 challenge, which thankfully also includes slap barrels!

Head to Slappy Shores to find copious amounts of both slurp and slap barrels

To complete the challenge/quest, you’ll need to destroy 15 slurp/slap barrels (any method will do, but hitting them with the pickaxe is the simplest method, and works at the very start of a match).

As a reminder, slurp barrels provide health/shields when broken, and slap barrels grant players a temporary unlimited stamina boost. While both of these types of barrels can be located all over the map, Slappy Shores (on the eastern portion of the Chapter 4 Season 3 island) is the best spot to knock this quest out in one run. If you’re unfamiliar with the location, you can find it in the gallery above.

All you need to do is land in Slappy Shores, then veer south and go into the giant slurp factory. There areĀ tons of barrels there to destroy, and lots of room to maneuver if you get into an early firefight. Just make sure when you land that you pick up a weapon immediately, in case you encounter enemy players while you’re trying to farm barrels. Going into the factory from the roof is a great idea.

If you somehow don’t find enough barrels to complete the quest in the slurp factory, you can head across the bridge to the Slurp Room: the large bar building pictured above. As the name implies, there are a lot of slurp barrels inside!

Since there are enough barrels in Slappy Shores to complete this quest multiple times over, you’ll be able to clear it in no time.
