Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is here, and with it, a bunch of promised content to keep fans playing throughout 2024. If you’re having fun on Pandora and are eager for more content, check out everything announced so far.
Is there a Season Pass for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora?
Before Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora was released, Ubisoft confirmed that the game would get extra content in 2024. That’s because the Gold and Ultimate Editions of the game came bundled with the season pass to access said content.
If you bought the Gold or Ultimate Edition of the game, then you’ll get the first piece of extra content, the Familiar Echoes bonus quest on day one. However, there are two big DLCs that are the main draw. These come in the form of two “Story Packs” for the game.
The first story pack, The Sky Breaker, will be released in the summer of 2024. Ubisoft has so far revealed that the DLC will take place at the Na’vi great festival of games, which the RDA interrupts.
In the second DLC, Secrets of the Spires, which releases in the fall, players will get to experience aerial battles on their ikran mounts and visit a new canyon region of Pandora.
There’s no word yet on pricing for the extra content for gamers who didn’t get the season pass bundled with the Gold or Ultimate Edition of the game. Stay tuned for that closer to the launch of The Sky Breaker in the summer.
As for post-2024 content, nothing has been announced yet. Ubisoft does have a good track record of supporting single player games for multiple years, so it’s not out of the question. Perhaps we’ll learn more about that in 2025.
