You really can’t have Las Vegas without Wayne Newton. Back in January, I was in Vegas for CES and as I gazed upon a billboard advertising his latest show, awash in the light cast by his blinding smile, I realized that there may be a day soon when there is no more Wayne Newton. I don’t want to think about that.

Obsidian doesn’t seem willing to believe it can happen either. USA Today is reporting that they have cast Mr. Las Vegas as a pre-programmed DJ from before the bombs dropped in the wastes of Fallout: New Vegas. You’ll be able to hear his silky smooth voice wherever you travel!

Additional details regarding voice actors have also been revealed. Friends star Matthew Perry will be voicing a mob leader (pictured above) while Zachary Levi of Chuck fame plays an pragmatic member of The Followers of the Apocalypse. And geek princess Felicia Day will also appear as a Brotherhood of Steel scribe. Other notable names include Kris Kristofferson, Michael Dorn and, of course, Ron Perlman.
