Earlier today, Hamza Aziz (Dtoid Community Manager) and I were talking about tonight’s live stream of Black Ops. I asked “will we be playing the Wii version?” Hamza’s response — “No, we’ll be playing good version.”

Of course, Hamza was just trying to get my goat, but I think it’s fair to say that a lot of people genuinely share that sentiment. Though no official footage for the Wii version of Black Ops has been released by Activision, I think a lot of gamers just assume that it’s not going to be as fun.

Knowing this, I tracked down some footage Call of Duty Black Ops Wii (some of which made it into today’s episode of the Dtoid show). As someone that’s generally OK with SD graphics, I think the game looks just fine. As long as all the online features, and that badass top-down shooting zombie mode from the PS3/360 version, are both in the game, I could easily see myself saving ten bucks and picking the Wii version over the shinier PS3/360 version.

What do you guys think? Any chance you’d pick this version up over the others?
