So far, Kinect for Xbox 360 has us dancing, getting fit, driving, and even white water rafting. Now, thanks to Ubisoft, we’ll be kicking some ass. The publisher has revealed a new Kinect launch title today, Fighters Uncaged.
The title is said to focus on the “excitement of real fighting competitions,” all the while teaching players actual mixed martial arts techniques. Fighters Uncaged gives players the opportunity to create 70 different “inspired by martial arts” strikes using their full bodies. You’ll then be able to enter 21 different fighting environments like rooftops, dark alleys, city docks, and abandoned churches (you know, where people go to fight) to test your skills. You’ll have to do more than stretch your limbs before playing — warm up your vocal chords, too, because Fighters Uncaged features voice-activated “super strikes.”
Fighters Uncaged also will support a multiplayer mode, where a second player can come in and help you kick the crap out of on-screen enemies. You know what they say: the family that beats up thugs in a dark alley stays together. That’s what they say, right?
The game is out this November; is this the hardcore Kinect experience you were looking for?
