I can’t believe this actually happened.
Last week during E3 I posted some incredible fan art from deviantART artist SongbladeX that depicted a random, yet awesome hybrid of Chrono Trigger and Winnie the Pooh. Needless to say, I loved it.
At the end of the post, I jokingly mentioned how much I would love to see Samus Aran done up like Princess Jasmine in a similar style. Super Metroid is (tied for) my favorite videogame of all time, and Aladdin will always be the Disney movie (non-Pixar) that is closest to my heart.
Well … look at the above image. SongbladeX read my post and, yeah, she actually made this dream art piece happen. Seriously.
Pretty great, isn’t it? Look at her with that cute Metroid. I love it so much. Writing on the Internet results in awesome things sometimes.
But now that I have your attention, SongbladeX: The Legend of Mystical Ninja and The Jungle Book. GO!
