The next Super Mario Maker character is…Mashiko, the game counselor

If you haven’t taken a gander at the in-game guide in Super Mario Maker, you should probably change that at some point. The mascot within, Mashiko, has become a sort of mini celebrity of sorts, much like Swapnote’s Nikki before her.

And at some point in the near future, you’ll be able to play as her. You can get a look at her character model in the video below.
