The JAK Requiem conversion kit eliminates all vertical recoil for the Kastov 545, and doesn’t come with a catch

The JAK Requiem aftermarket part for the Kastov 762 and Kastov 545 eliminates most vertical recoil, and vaults both weapons into meta contention, despite having a slight tradeoff.

By completing the second week of challenges in Season 4, players unlock the JAK Requiem Conversion Kit, which improves vertical recoil by 100 percent, horizontal recoil by 86 percent, and recoil gun kick by 50 percent. With the attachment equipped on the Kastov 762 or Kastov 545, you can fire the weapon straight without adjusting the right thumb stick. Before players pull out their torches and pitchforks, there is a noteworthy trade-off to prevent the attachment from being too overpowered.

Warzone Meta tested the change on the Kastov 545 and concluded that its time-to-kill speed from zero to 18 meters is 670 milliseconds and 765 milliseconds from 18 to 48 meters. Without the attachment, those values change to 644 up to 18 meters and 736 meters from 18 to 48 meters. Even though there is a tradeoff, the time-to-kill difference won’t be enough to prevent the Kastov 545 from becoming one of the most popular weapons in the battle royale.

Using a 60-round magazine is essential for any Kastov 545 loadout. Having more ammunition to take down multiple enemies at once before reloading will save you on more than one occasion. The Sonic Suppressor L and 7.62x39mm High Grain Rounds compensate for the JAK Requiem by compensating for the lost bullet velocity and damage range. Choosing an optic comes down to personal preference, but the JAK Glassless optic provides one of the best sight lines for short to medium-range engagements.

With this set of attachments, you should have no problem racking up high-kill games on Rebirth Island or Urzikstan.
