Starfield headlines a nice September slate for Xbox Game Pass

Starfield still hits Game Pass on September 6

Starfield is the obvious big “get” for Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass program this month, and it’ll be arriving on September 6 on the service for cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. Before that though you’ll be treated toĀ Gris – a lovely little puzzle platformer that’s a fantastic rainy-day weekend game. After that, we’re getting Solar Ash on September 14, as well asĀ Lies of P on September 19. Microsoft also reminds folks that Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition recently hit the service.

In all, it’s a pretty great month for Xbox Game Pass. There’s some indie stuff to hit as counterprogramming if you aren’t into Bethesda games, andĀ Lies of P has made a decent name for itself over the past few months as an enticing option for “soulslike” fans. Hey, I’m not the one saying it; that’s a direct quote from Microsoft!

Interestingly,Ā Minecraft fans are getting something too: “Game Pass Ultimate members can get access to a 3-month subscription to Minecraft Realms Plus! Share your world, build with friends, and play across all of your devices with your own personal server. This Perk requires a payment instrument to redeem. Terms apply.”
