Square Enix has created 10,000 more Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collector’s Editions.

Although the company can’t pin down precise dates as yet, stating it “cannot guarantee” the new batch will arrive for launch, it promises it is “trying [its] absolute hardest to get them to fans in time”.

“We have been able to produce 10,000 more copies of the Final Fantasy XV Ultimate Collector’s Edition (UCE) which will be sold worldwide! This brings the total up to 40,000 copies of the UCE,” states an update on the official blog.

“We have only been able to produce 10,000 more UCEs due to the time it takes to create each individual Noctis Play Arts Kai figure because they are so detailed, and to confirm, this is the final batch of UCEs we will produce.”

Dan Seto, Square’s UK Community Manager, added: “I’ve got a quick update for fans in Australia and New Zealand. The UCE will not be listed for sale here – we will be getting in touch directly with people on our waiting list in this region so make sure you keep an eye on your emails.”

Final Fantasy XV releases on September 30 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
