Spike TV had their little video game awards show last night, and I’m sure you’re dying to know who won what. You may be shocked by some of the choices. Others, you may just flat out pissed. Most of us, however, are probably pretty indifferent as it doesn’t really mean anything ’cause the show is one big ad-fueled orgy of a spectacle (you see, our age demo, the young male, is like crack to an advertiser, so this award show is a good excuse to try to pull in major bank). Anyway, big winners below and more after the jump.

GAME OF THE YEAR
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Bethesda Softworks)
STUDIO OF THE YEAR
Epic Games (Gears of War)
CRITIC'S CHOICE
