At Infamy Rank 4, you unlock the ability to build one of two ships. First, is the powerful Blaster Sloop. Second, is the AoE-focused Firebrand Barge. The Firebrand Barge focuses on spreading fire damage across groups of enemies. In order to build it, you will first need the Firebrand Barge Ship Blueprint in Skull and Bones.
Firebrand Barge Ship Blueprint Location in Skull and Bones
You can find the Firebrand Barge Ship Blueprint in the outpost of Kaa Mangrove. More specifically, Kaa Manvgrove is located in the Sultani Island Zone in the Coast of Africa region. If you’ve been to Kaa Mangrove before you can just Fast Travel there. If not, your fastest route is to head west from the Royal Burial Ground outpost in the Red Isles, as indicated on the map above.
When you get to Kaa Mangrove, you can purchase the Barge Ship Blueprint from the Corrupt Compagnie Officer located just to the right of where you come ashore. Keep in mind you must be Buccaneer Infamy Rank to purchase the blueprint, and it costs 4,950 Silver.
How to build the Firebrand Barge
With the Firebrand Barge Ship Blueprint in hand, head back to the Sainte-Anne Pirate Den. Speak to the Shipwright and as long as you have the blueprint, he will let you build the Firebrand Barge as long as you have the following materials on hand:
- 8 Fine Hemp
- 8 Mopane Planks
- 4 Cobalt Ingots
- 4 Fine linens
- 2,700 Silver
Mixed with the Firebrand Barge Ship Blueprint Location and the materials to build the ship, you’ll have access to one of the best early ships in Skull and Bones. The Firebrand Barge is a AoE-focused DPS small ship that can quickly wipe out groups of ships by spreading its deadly flames all around.
