Reclaim the Sirocco Caverns

The Sirocco Caverns are overrun by Fallen Demons. Like any good protagonist in Diablo 4, it’s your job to rid the caverns of the foul demon infestation.

Gameplay wise, this optional dungeon is up there with Cultist Refuge as one of the fastest dungeons you can farm. Therefore, we have created this Sirocco Caverns dungeon guide for Diablo 4.

Finding the Sirocco Caverns dungeon

Even though the Sirocco Caverns is technically in the Scouring Sands area of Kehjistan, the fastest way to reach the dungeon is through the Dry Steppes. More specifically, in the southern area of the Untamed Scarps region. Teleport to the Waypoint for the town of Jirandai.

From there, head southeast out of the town until you have the option to continue south or turn towards the north. The Sirocco Caverns dungeon entrance is just to the north. If you have trouble finding it, follow the red line on our map above.

Sirocco Caverns dungeon guide in Diablo 4

Immediately after entering the Sirocco Caverns, you will receive your first dungeon objective: Destroy the 3 Silken Spire. The layout for this dungeon is typically a big circle with a few smaller branches that each lead to a room with a Silken Spire.

The Silken Spires are very easy to kill as they are static formations that do not attack back. Once you have destroyed all of them, you will receive your next objective: Travel to the Corrupted Sands.

The Corrupted Sands is a previously walled off segment of the dungeon. I found that it was usually near the entrance to the dungeon itself. Once you reach the newly unlocked area, you will receive your final objective: Slay the 2 Spider Callers.

Heading into the Corrupted Sands, you will quickly reach your first Spider Caller. Thankfully, this is not an actual Boss enemy but rather just an Elite.

On your way towards the second Spider Caller you will reach an arena room that triggers a quick 30 second gauntlet. All you have to do is survive against the Fallen Demons for 30 seconds and you will be granted access to the final Spider Caller.

Once you have defeated the final Spider Caller, you will have completed the Sirocco Caverns dungeon.

Sirocco Caverns dungeon rewards

If this is your first time completing the dungeon, you will receive the 30 Renown completion reward.

Barbarians should look to run this dungeon as it has the extremely powerful Aspect of Echoing Fury. This Aspect causes your Shout skills to generate additional Fury per second while they are active.

Many Barbarian builds utilize all three Shout skills, so this Aspect can be very useful for most Barb players.
