It’s a damned shame that the flatbed scanner has gone out of style. Still, I shouldn’t be bitching. At least I get to see these Persona 4 fighting game scans in some form. I mean, the glare is burning my eyeballs right out of their eyeholes. It’s almost like the scanner photographer is saying screw you guys, I can see them just fine.

Sorry. I didn’t mean to sound ungrateful. These images (thanks to everyone that sent them in) show off the newly revealed Persona 4 fighting game, Persona 4 The Ultimate In Mayonaka Arena. The scans show move sets, screenshots and character line-up teases. It looks soo good!

I am looking forward to summoning personas in a fight. I’m also looking forward to kicking Teddy’s ass! See the full image in our gallery.

The issue also lists out the game modes and other details. There will be an Arcade, Story and Score Attack mode for solo play. Of course, there’s also Versus and Online battle modes for head-to-head action. We have also heard that all of the characters will have new stories for this game, and that the story is set two months after the events of Persona 4. Finally, the arcade version of this game will land in the Spring in Japan, and the Xbox 360 and PS3 titles will follow in the summer.
