We’ve also got one FREE ride for a lucky commenter courtesy of No Goblin!
We’ve posted about No Goblin’s Roundabout before. Yup, it’s that ’70s B-movie game about driving a “spinning limousine.” I’ll be the first to admit that based on the gameplay footage I’d seen, I thought it would probably be OK, especially for someone who enjoys light puzzling and quirky humor, but it wasn’t until I recently snagged the demo on Steam that it really sank in. This game is hilarious. Seriously, I haven’t chuckled this hard in ages. The FMV scenes are just so terrible/amazing that it had me playing the game as a means to get to the next scene.
Some games try to be funny, but it’s really hit or miss with me. Roundabout just nails it, though. Of course, your mileage will vary; what cracks me up may leave you thoroughly unimpressed. That’s the beauty of the demo in this case. You can give this thing a whirl, free of charge.
Oh, that reminds me. We have one FREE copy of the Deluxe Edition of the game courtesy of No Goblin that we’ll be giving away to a lucky Dtoider in the comment section this evening so keep an eye on your private messages to see if you’re the winner!
In the interim, make sure to give the Steam demo a shot. It’s absolutely worth your time.
