Palworld developer and publisher Pocketpair revealed on Twitter today that the open-world Pal-collector has received its version 0.1.1.2 update on Xbox and Game Pass for PC. The update is already out for the Steam version, so this is just bringing the Xbox and Game Pass for PC versions a step closer to the Steam version. Here are the full patch notes for the January 29 Version 0.1.1.2 update for Palworld.
Palworld January 29 update 0.1.1.2 Patch Notes: Performance
According to the Twitter post, version 0.1.1.2 of Palworld fixed some issues which negatively affected game stability. The Xbox and Game Pass for PC versions has so far been the biggest version of the open-world game yet. Hopefully, these stability fixes along will make some worthwhile improvements.
Here are the rest of the patch notes that are available from the previous Version 0.1.1.2 update that was released on Steam.
- Fixed a bug where the loading screen did not end when logging into the world.
- Fixed a bug where the world date was not displayed correctly and appeared to reset.
- Corrected various incorrect texts.
- Countermeasures against various cheats and exploits.
At a glance, this may not seem like a particularly big update. However, Pocketpair has indicated their first goal with Early Access is to address such critical issues. Then, they want to implement some key configuration improvements and improve the base Pal AI and pathing.
All of this is necessary before Pocketpair will work on the planned future roadmap which includes the following features:
- PvP
- Raid Bosses (End-Game Content)
- Pal Arena (PvP for Pals)
- Steam-Xbox Crossplay
- Various Xbox Feature Improvements
- Server Transfers and Migrations
- Improvements to the Building System
- New Islands, Pals, Bosses, and Technologies.
That’s all of the Palworld January 29 Xbox and Game Pass Update Patch Notes, and everything that has been implemented in update v0.1.1.2.
