Have you and four of your buddies been itching to kick some dino-butt? Well starting on April 20th, you’ll be able to satisfy that itch with ORION: Dino Beatdown for PC. Described as an “open world, class-based cooperative survival sci-fi FPS,” Dino Beatdown looks to have all of its bases covered. T-rexes and jetpacks? Count me in.

I’ve always LOVED dinosaurs and have done what I can to learn more about them without turning it into an obsession. For example: did you know that the Stegosaurus (my favorite dinosaur) would rush blood into its back plates to turn them crimson and scare away predators and to attract potential mates? Ben Stiller told me that when he narrated one of those educational dinosaur films.

Anyway, dinosaur games don’t have the best track record in the world so I hope that ORION: Dino Beatdown becomes the omnivore that eats up all of my time.

During the day, he teaches high school kids about history. At night he kicks their butts in competitive games like Rocket League, Dota 2, Overwatch, and Counter-Strike. Disclosure: I've personally backed Double Fine Adventure, Wasteland 2, Dead State, SPORTSFRIENDS, Torment: Tides of Numera, STRAFE, and The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls. I have previously written for AbleGamers.com and continue to support them whenever possible (like HumbleBundle).
