It’s an interesting week for the eShop, especially after a few poor showings these past few weeks. As of a few days ago, players were able to snag Super Smash Bros. DLC for both Wii U and 3DS, including Peach Castle and Hyrule Castle N64 arenas, as well as costumes, and a tournament mode. Splatoon also got its major update, which includes Squad Battle, Private Battle, a level cap increase, and more weapons. Also on the Wii U is Astral Breakers, Kung Fu FIGHT!, Golden Sun: The Lost Age, and Onimusha Tactics.
On the 3DS side you’ll find Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold, a Pokemon Rumble World content update, Best of Arcade Games – Brick Breaker, Tetraminos, Japanese Rail Sim 3D Journey to Kyoto, Jewel Quest 4 Heritage, and Picross e6.
If you missed last week’s edition, here it is. As for what I’m getting, it’s the N64 levels all the way. I also enjoyed Astral Breakers for the most part, despite some issues.
