Can you tame a beaver?

Sure, taming dinosaurs is okay, but nothing beats getting your hands on a giant, furry beaver. ARK: Survival Evolved knows this, and it has introduced the beasts into the landscape. Though beavers aren’t as ferocious as other animals (indeed, they are quite soft and lovable), they can help survivors to deal with their wood.

The video below shows the beavers come in a variety of colors. Maybe you prefer black; maybe you prefer brown. Just don’t go trying to shave one! A hairless beaver might as well not be a beaver.

Taming a beaver is no trivial matter. Experienced players will know that it takes a light touch and a lot of patience. But once you get a beaver under your control, prepare to mount it and go on the ride of your life.
