I heard you like Twitter parties? Of course you do, and this Friday we have yet another one for you. As usual, Destructoid will be teaming up with Rocket XL in order to provide an afternoon of prizes via the latest and greatest social networking fad. This time we’ve got copies of Need for Speed: Shift to give away, along with yet another PS3 Slim!
If you don’t know how this works, let me inform you. Make sure you’re following @jim_sterling, @dtoid and @dinomas on Twitter to follow the party. You’ll also need to be following @needforspeed in order to qualify for prizing. Like last time, prizes will be awarded randomly and for answering specific questions. If you want to be in with a chance at winning either a copy of the game or a PS3 Slim, simply get on Twitter and get involved with the discussion while using the #NFS hashtag. Using a program like Tweetgrid will help you follow things, too.
Our Brutal Legend Twitter part was beyond ridiculous. We were getting over one hundred Tweets a minute and very quickly made #brutallegend a trending topic. With any luck, we will make the magic happen once again.
The party starts at 3pm Central tomorrow afternoon, and will run to 5pm. It will be a very sexy time, yes? You will like it.
