Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone received minor updates that address weapon balancing and finally resolved multiple reload bugs that have wreaked havoc on battle royale matches.
On May 8, Raven Software rolled out an update to fix the glitch preventing players from reloading while having the automatic tactical sprint or prioritize interact settings turned on. However, players couldn’t figure out if the patch actually fixed either issue, as issues reportedly persisted. It turns out that those reports were true and the bugs weren’t totally phased out until today’s update.
In addition, IceManIsaac discovered that the COR-45 with the XRP IP-V2 conversion kit had the fastest time-to-kill speed for short-range meta weapons if PC players used a specific setting. Cheaters also found a way to use an exploit to bypass the semi-auto fire, making it a lethal weapon. It’s unclear what exactly the devs did, but the devs took care of that unfair advantage.
