Croteam is doing a sequel
The Talos Principle is one of those games I was just too foolishly stubborn to play at first. It’s a clever first-person puzzler about consciousness and other heavy concepts, and that was an experience I found easy to put off. But I did try it eventually, and like many of you, I loved it. Now I feel obligated to do what little I can to help spread awareness so more folks think about giving it a chance.
For those of us who have played The Talos Principle (I still need to complete the tough expansion), today brings fantastic news: there’s going to be a sequel. You’d hope and expect there to be one, at some point, but now we have a confirmation. Speaking at Nordic Game 2016, Croteam’s Alen Ladavac said simply that “Talos Principle 2 is going to happen.”
I’d expect it to arrive after Serious Sam 4, which is fine by me. I’m still recovering from some of those late-game puzzles and the devilishly well-hidden collectible stars. Take your time making that sequel.
