Getting new cards in Monopoly GO requires opening sticker packs, which you can get using numerous methods. You’ll open sticker packs to gain new cards, and their rarities determine the card types you get. A one-star pack will usually give you one and two-star stickers, with five-stars being guaranteed to provide you with one five-star card, among others of random qualities.
