The beginning of October is about exploring caves and uncovering hidden valuables in Monopoly GO, with the Crystal Treasures event being the main highlight. During the next few days, you’ll use your trusty pickaxes to break treasure grids, reveal hidden objects, and claim various rewards as your prize.

All Crystal Treasures event rewards in Monopoly GO

Monopoly GO’s Crystal Treasures event has 20 levels to complete until October 6, 2024. This duration gives you four days to obtain up to 5,075 dice, a new themed shield, and a board token to expand your Showroom. Here’s the complete list of Crystal Treasures rewards.

Unlike previous Treasures events, there’s no Wild Sticker to give you a guaranteed card choice. While future Treasures events might include one, it’s the beginning of the Marvel season in Monopoly GO, so it makes sense that they wouldn’t add overpowered items yet.

How to complete the Monopoly GO Crystal Treasures event

The Crystal Treasures event differs from regular banner ones, as they require you to collect pickaxes, dig treasure grids, and uncover hidden items. Each grid varies in size and complexity, but your ultimate goal stays the same: find every hidden item to claim that level’s reward and reach the end to obtain the grand prize.

How to get pickaxes during Crystal Treasures

Monopoly GO offers several ways to obtain pickaxes:

• Participate in banner events and tournaments
• Complete Daily Quick Win tasks
• Open free store gifts
• Complete Crystal Treasures levels
• Redeem free pickaxe links

The best way to get pickaxes is to advance through other events and tournaments. These easily give you over 100 pickaxes if you have enough dice to progress through them. Even the first few tiers can give you several dozen, allowing you to finish some Crystal Treasures levels quickly.

Alternatively, you can complete your Daily Quick Win objectives to get around one dozen pickaxes or open free shop gifts every eight hours for a few extras. These alone aren’t enough to complete Crystal Treasures, but they’ll help. You might also encounter some pickaxe links occasionally, but they’re not guaranteed.

Lastly, you’ll naturally gain pickaxes back as you advance through Crystal Treasures. Each grid square has a chance to give you one, and a few levels also reward some at the end.

When does the Crystal Treasures event end?

Monopoly GO’s Crystal Treasures event lasts from October 2 until October 6, 2024. You have over four days to collect pickaxes, break through each treasure grid, and claim your rewards.

However, unlike regular events, you won’t encounter another Treasures event immediately. They usually happen once a month, so you’ll have to wait a while for another to appear. Fortunately, Monopoly GO regularly has other event types and tournaments in between, so at least there are still things to do.
