In stores (officially) today, Renegade Kids’ Nintendo DS horror offering, Dementium: The Ward, is apparently pretty good. Well, at least we seemed to think so. Videogame publisher Mastiff seem to agree, and have announced a deal with the developer to publish their next title.
“Renegade Kid has proven that the DS is not just a platform for kiddie games,” said Bill Swartz, “Head Woof” of Mastiff. “With skillful use of audio and controls, the developer created a truly creepy experience in Dementium: The Ward. We’ve seen enough of their latest project to know that they have much more in store.”
The game will use the same impressive 3D engine used in Dementium, and while no real details on the gave have been announced, it does have a working title: Project M. That sounds super serious, and since that’s what we’re all about here at Destructoid, we can’t wait to see what they have in store.
