Like past Assassin’s Creed games, Mirage is filled with plenty of collectibles to find. In addition to helping you along your adventure, the collectibles also unlock information about Baghdad’s rich history and culture.
Despite Assassin’s Creed Mirage‘s relatively short playtime, it’s quite easy to be overwhelmed by just how many collectibles there are. This guide will help you keep track of what you need to be looking for as you parkour through Baghdad.
List of collectibles in Assassin’s Creed Mirage
There are so many collectibles that you’ll likely encounter many of them through normal gameplay. However, there are some that you’ll have to do a bit of hunting for. To help you, use Ekindu to scope the city from above. These are the collectibles you need to look out for:
- Historical sites – These are perhaps the most interesting collectibles. When you see a glowing orb of light, interact with it, and you’ll unlock information about Baghdad. Some entries will tell you about specific landmarks, while others will tell you about the laws and customs of the region in the 9th century, for example. With 66 to find, this collectible will keep you busy for a while.
- Dervis’ artifacts – You’ll unlock this collectible during your investigation of Ali ibn Muhammad. you’re tasked with retrieving artifacts around Baghdad. You’ll have to pickpocket your targets to get the artifacts, but you’ll get rewarded handsomely for your troubles. There are 18 artifacts to retrieve.
- Enigmas – These are notes that give you clues to find a location where you’ll score a reward. There are 12 enigmas to find.
- Gear chests – You’ll want to find these, as they grant you various weapons and outfits, as well as upgrade schematics. The only problem is that you’ll usually have to wander into restricted territory to find them.
- Lost books – Find these lost books, and you’ll score a skill point. You usually have to solve a puzzle to access them. There are 6 in Baghdad.
- Mysterious shards – There are 10 mysterious shards, and you can start collecting them after you start the Baghdad Bound quest. The shards can be used to unlock gear.
If you’re having trouble finding some of these collectibles, visit the cartographer and he’ll help you with pinpointing them. You’ll have to pay him using scholar tokens.
