Kena looks pleased enough, but the Rot look positively elated in the announcement trailer.

According to the reveal, the Xbox version will come with some small pieces of fresh content. So far, these include exclusive Rot pirate hats, a Golden Rot skin, and a special Kena Staff. Those who pick it up on Xbox will also get the Anniversary DLC from September 2022, which celebrated the game’s first year with Charmstones, Spirit Guide Trials, outfits, and updated accessibility features.

Kena: Bridge of Spirits has the young spirit guide Kena exploring, taking on enemies, and solving puzzles on her quest to bring balance back to an ancient village. Shortly after its initial launch, it went on to garner accolades, including a pair of awards at The Game Awards 2021 for Best Independent Game and Best Debut.

In addition to the digital release, a physical Premium Edition is planned for Xbox Series X. The collaboration with Maximum Entertainment will pack Kena with the official digital soundtrack, an exclusive sticker sheet, and the previously mentioned Xbox exclusive in-game items. Pre-orders for the retail release will go live soon.
