League 4 of OSRS, Trailblazer Reloaded, is well underway. The Karamja region has 57 tasks total. In total, there are 7 Easy Tasks, 12 Medium Tasks, 17 Hard Tasks, 15 Elite Tasks, and 6 Master Tasks.
