Streamer Kai Cenat has been shouting out fellow Elden Ring content creators as they all get into the launch weekend for Shadow of the Erdtree. He has a long list of creators he follows and admires and goes through all of them on stream to showcase them to his followers.
As far as big names in streaming go, Kai Cenat is one of the biggest. Seeing him shout out other content creators is humbling, wholesome, and admirable because there’s no need for him to do so. Both his followers and Elden Ring fans at large are eager to watch him smash through the DLC as only he can, but he took the time to tell everyone looking forward to his content about the content others are creating for the game we all share together.
Kai Cenat shares the Elden Ring content creators he’s excited about
Before heading into Shadow of the Erdtree, dressed in a full set of armor for his 100+ hour stream of Elden Ring‘s DLC, Kai Cenat loaded up a list of the creators making what he feels is incredible content for it and shared them with the world. Initially caught by Dexerto on Twitter. You can catch the stream over on his Twitch channel, but if you’re reading this over the launch weekend, you won’t be able to watch the VOD until he’s done.
What I think is particularly brilliant about Cenat’s shout-outs is that he wasn’t afraid to load up the channels of fellow creators and ensure his followers knew exactly who he was talking about. The two I recommend you follow this instant if you haven’t followed them already are MissMika and Krystal.
MissMikkaa is best known, at least to me, for beating Elden Ring in a myriad of absurd ways. Her most recent escapade saw her smash the entire game with a level 1 character and no upgrades, but her most impressive feat has to be beating the game across two platforms simultaneously while playing with a controller in one game and a dance pad on the other.
Krystal is an incredible streamer and is particularly skilled at killing bosses in Elden Ring and Soulslikes in general. She’s played through the game multiple times, and her sense of fun is infectious. Of course, these are just two of the content creators you should pay attention to if you love Elden Ring. You’ll have to go and watch Kai Cenat for his full list of favorites.
Kai Cenat became a household name in Elden Ring after his monumental stream marathon, in which he was beaten up by the game more times than I think anyone can count, but he still saw it through to the end. His live playthrough was so notable that FromSoftware sent him a lifesize Malenia, Blade of Miquella statue last week to commemorate his 24-hour battle with the boss ahead of the DLC’s launch.
