Best Innate Technique in Jujutsu Infinite

Character creation is all about your Innate Technique, and the best one is any that has a complete Domain Expansion and/or Maximum moves. Only Legendaries and Special Grades have these because Rares and below only have Incomplete Domains that just slightly boost your stats. Try to spin for a Legendary or Special Grade but also note that you can spin again later.

Our best Innate Techniques tier list goes into more detail, but essentially:

  • Best Rare: Cryomancy, Ratio, or Curse Puppet.
  • Best Legendary: Volcano.
  • Best Special Grade: Star Rage, Infinity, or Curse Queen.

Note that spinning for a new Technique will reroll the current slot and replace the previous Technique. If you want to keep all the Techniques you get from spins and switch them at will, you’ll need the Innate Bag. This Robux gamepass is decently worth it if you know you’ll invest a lot of hours into the game. Lastly, you can progress Innate Techniques through the Innates section in Stats. You’ll need cash but also Mastery XP which is earned by simply using your Innate to defeat enemies.

Best Stats in Jujutsu Infinite

The best stats and skill trees in Jujutsu Infinite depend on both your playstyle but also whether you’re looking for PVP or PVE. The best PVE stat to focus on is

  • For Innate Domain Abilities: The Technique skill is best since it’ll scale up your Innate Technique moveset damage for farming, clearing Investigations, Bosses, and even PVP. This is the strongest PVE stat and I highly recommend you rush for the Chant upgrade as well as Cursed Reinforcement and Divergent Fist which you can equip from the Skills section.
  • If You Want to Use Weapons: The Strength skill tree is best since all weapon damage and moves scale with Strength except the Electric Staff. Weapons are excellent in PVP for combos and stun-locking opponents. I highly recommend going for Rush Mastery ASAP since it’s great against NPC sorcerers and in PVP.
  • Secondary Stats: Focus is an excellent stat to invest in as a secondary because it will give you Focus Bar pips to perform more Black Flashes or Chant your techniques to improve them. This becomes essential later on with Maximum techniques since you’ll need to land Black Flashes to perform them. Health is also useful since it’ll boost your defenses but also unlock the Reverse Curse Technique to heal yourself mid-combat.

How to Respec in Jujutsu Infinite

You can randomly get Respec tokens as Rare drops from any chest. If you want to reset your stats and start over, you can do so in the Stats menu by clicking the Refund Stats button. Respec tokens are really easy to get and pop up often so you’ll have plenty as you play the game. I encourage you to experiment with stats to see which ones suit you best because you can always reset them.

How to Fly in Jujutsu Infinite

Mobility is the first thing you should master and you never actually have to touch the ground while traveling since you can essentially fly. You can fly in four easy steps:

  • Step 1: Rush into the air by holding E and aiming your mouse upward or forward if you’re on high ground.
  • Step 2: Dash (Q) in mid-air toward your destination once and then again after a brief pause as your Rush comes off-cooldown.
  • Step 3: Hold E in mid-air for a bit until your Dashes recharge then release to Rush again wherever you want to go.
  • Step 4: Repeat double dashing and holding E until Dashes come back.

With this endless loop, you can essentially be in the air forever and even keep ascending since Dashes recharge as you charge up your Rush. You can check the cooldowns for both via the Rush and Dash icons beneath your HP.

Crafting Guide

All you need to know about crafting is that you get special materials from each Boss or Investigation. For example, the Finger Bearer boss drops Cursed Fragments and Investigations drop Keys named after them. You then need to go to the Crafting station, find that specific Boss or Investigation tab, and use the material you got from it to craft weapons and armor. It’s an incredibly simple and straightforward system that allows you to get almost all Legendary and Special Grade gear in the game.

Farming and Leveling Tips

There are several types of farming in Jujutsu Infinite, depending on your goals. Here are some tips:

  • EXP Level Farming: The best way to farm EXP and level up fast is to farm purple Missions, especially the Capture ones since they give the most EXP and you get to fight a lot of monsters for EXP too. Always select the highest level Mission set you can on the right. Also, do Daily Quests and Story quests whenever they pop up. The best item to use for farming EXP is Doroyaki since it’s a plentiful drop from chests and gives you a quick EXP boost. Daily logins can also give you stacking EXP boosts so get ready to do Dailies and purple Missions when you log in.
  • Farming Gear: For weapons, armor, and rings you’ll want to farm Investigations and Bosses starting from Level 60 when you unlock your first ones. Go to the Investigation or Boss station in the HUB world, check which level prerequisites you meet and set the highest difficulty you can. Then, go to the Crafting station and select the corresponding Investigation/Boss tab to check what gear you can get from crafting materials dropped in that Investigation/Boss. All you have to do now is clear that specific Mission over and over until you have enough crafting materials to make the item you want. You might even get it as a drop so I recommend using the Fortune Gourd or Beckoning Cats for the best drops.
  • Farming Spins: To get more free spins, make sure to farm Daily Quests every 16 hours and abuse the AFK room when you’re not playing. You also get them with log-ins and our Jujutsu Infinite Codes.
  • Mastery EXP: You’ll get Mastery EXP passively as you do other content but if you want to speed it up use the Takoyaki consumable item. Also, Mastery Talismans and Mastery Scrolls will drastically boost your Mastery levels.

Combat Tips: Black Flash Tokens, Chanting & More

To perform a Black Flash, you’ll have to unlock the first node in the Focus tree and then press M2 and then R to heavy attack before the blue square on the screen expires. Black Flashes are essentially empowered attacks that will deal great damage quickly in a fight. They can also be done with compatible weapons or special skill abilities, and in such cases, these moves will be colored Red on the lower right.

Some Maximum moves, which are powerful Technique abilities from each Innate Technique, require you to get 3 Black Flash Tokens. You get Black Flash Tokens by simply landing Black Flashes and they’re shown above your Focus bar in the lower left. More on Maximum moves and Domain Expansions below.

As for Chanting, this is quite similar to Black Flashes but for Techniques. Almost all Innate Techniques have a Chantable move and all you have to do is hit M2 and then the button for that specific technique to Chant and empower it. I highly recommend picking up extra Focus bar pips in the Focus tree which give you more flexibility for Black Flashes and Chants.

How to Get Domain Expansions and Maximum Techniques in Jujutsu Infinite

This is for end-game but you can unlock Maximum Techniques and Domain Expansions which are your ultimate moves if you have a Legendary or Special Grade Innate Techniques. Here’s how:

  • Maximum Technique: As you reach the end of the story, you’ll do a quest for the Dimensional Maximum Scroll. Once you get it you can use it at Level 420+ to unlock any Maximum Technique of your choice. You can get more Maximum Scrolls as Special Grade drops from any chest. Note that using Maximum techniques requires three Black Flash tokens, which you get by performing a Black Flash three times in a row.
  • Domain Expansions: It’s a similar case for Domain Expansions but the item in question is a Domain Shard. It’s a Special Grade drop from chests that you can use at Level 420+.
  • Incomplete Domain: If you don’t have a Legendary or Special Grade Innate, you can still do an Incomplete Domain expansion by following the story. Incomplete Domains are for Rare, Uncommon, and Common Innates and they allow you to clash Domains as normal but only offer a damage and defense buff with no extra effects.

What Are Awakenings and Cursed Energy Natures?

Awakenings are special cosmetic modifiers to your character that can grant buffs like increased damage to mobs or Black Flash damage boosts. You unlock them by getting a Purified Cursed Hand item as a Special Grade drop from chests. Use your best Lotuses and Beckoning cats as well as Fortune Gourds and Luck Vials to increase your chances.

Cursed Energy Natures are similar in that they give you buffs but they modify your aura color. You unlock them by getting a Energy Nature Scroll as a Special Grade drop from chests and using it. Both the Cursed Hand and Energy Scroll are items usable only at Level 300+.

How to Heal in Jujutsu Infinite

You heal in Jujutsu Infinite in four main ways:

  • Using the Health vial Common chest drop.
  • Killing NPC sorcerers and specific enemies.
  • Using the Reverse Curse Technique form the Health skill tree.
  • Leveling Up.

Abuse the AFK Room

Whenever you’re not doing anything in Jujutsu Infinite or simply have it minimized as you do something else, head into the AFK Room. This will not only grant you extra Spins to roll for those Legendaries and Special Grades, but it will also give you chests. Prepare some Beckoning Cats for extra Luck and get free loot by not doing anything.
