Is EA FC 25 on EA Play?

Wish we got the full game

Once EA FC 25 goes live on early access, EA Play members will have certain benefits to enjoy.

For the layman, EA Play is Electronic Arts’ version of the Xbox Game Pass: Pay a monthly fee to enjoy a vast library of video games. Unlike the Game Pass, however, EA doesn’t typically add new releases to the base version of the subscription (though they also have a Pro version exclusively available to PC players). Naturally, there are more benefits available to the Pro subscribers, including access to the full game.

Can you play EA FC 25 with EA Play?

While the answer is yes, the accessibility with the base version is limited to a maximum duration of ten hours. Once again, EA Play members will get access to a free 10-hour trial. This is expected to be available on September 20 (September 21 in certain regions) once the early access goes live. You can try out all the modes for free for this period if you have a membership.

This benefit also automatically accrues to those with a Game Pass Ultimate membership (as EA Play is embedded within the service). If you own the Standard Edition and also have an EA Play membership, you can use the trial to get a head start.

Is EA FC 25 available on EA Play Pro subscription?

Yes, and you can also enjoy the full seven days of early access with your Pro subscription. You also get all the benefits of the Ultimate Edition (like FC Points, unique cards, and more). But you won’t have to pay any upfront fee apart from the subscription cost.

The Pro subscription, as of writing, is only available for PC users and costs more at $14.99 a month (annual payment costs less). You also get to play other day-one releases with the Pro variant, as EA adds almost all its games immediately to the service.
