If only Scarecrow had a brain in his full Injustice 2 gameplay trailer

“It’s a murder, honey. A group of crows is called a murder.”

When Scarecrow’s rad, gangly Injustice 2 design was first revealed, I was hoping he would play equally as rad. After seeing his combos in action, I’m slightly disappointed. I’m happy his design is an after-effect of the fear toxin (that’s a good touch), but I was hoping for wackier attacks or something. 

Look, I don’t know what I really wanted here but something is amiss. We’ve seen better characters, and we’ve seen worse. Scarecrow is right in the middle. 

Too bad about those Source Crystals though. 

Injustice 2 is out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One May 16.
