The Docks is one of the two best options to expand your drug empire in Schedule 1, and it provides a massive area for you to grow your plants, process them, and manufacture various products to sell.

It’s pretty expensive to purchase this location, and a fair amount of in-game grind is required. The first step involves gaining a sufficient amount of XP, which is necessary to unlock more regions. This guide will help you unlock the Docks and purchase it to expand your business.

Ray offers you the option to purchase up to two properties (including the Docks) and four businesses. The Docks cost a whopping $50,000, but the property is massive for its size.

You can reach Rays Realty by taking a right turn after going past Hyland Auto and then taking a left (from the front of the Post Office).

How to use Docks in Schedule 1

Once you become the owner of Docks in Schedule 1, you can make it your base of operations. Compared to early game properties, like Sweatshop, the Docks provide a significantly larger surface area for you to place your production stations. There are two floors, and it comes with a specialized room (perfect for setting up your office).

The Docks is also close to the Warehouse, which is an important location to access. Three different vendors are available there, and you can get weapons, special ingredients, and workers after 6pm.

While I love Docks, it’s slightly far from the main town center. You’ll need a good-quality skateboard or a car to travel to different locations, but the large area makes it perfect as a base for your operations.
