How to travel from Kenjutsu Crossing to Knotty Nets without touching water in Fortnite

A zipline is all you need

Have you ever been on a zipline? I haven’t! With age, I’ve gotten a little braver when it comes to these sorts of things, so I hope to do it one day (maybe in Vegas behind the Linq). For now, I’ll have to make do with imaginary ziplines: like the one in Fortnite that you can use to travel from Kenjutsu Crossing to Knotty Nets without touching any water. Ha! What a segue! Let’s take a look at the easiest method for completing this particular quest.

Here is where you need to go to get to Knotty Nets without touching water

To complete this quest, you should kick off a match by landing at Kenjutsu Crossing (located south of Mega City). It’s best to drop as close to the text “Kenjutsu Crossing” on the map as possible to ensure that the game picks up on the fact that you’re traveling from that location to Knotty Nets. From there, head northwest (either over the mountains, or on the main road) to Knotty Nets: an island located on the eastern portion of the map. To complete the quest, you will need to reach Knotty Nets without touching water; which is kind of a problem because it’s an island.

While there are a variety of ways you can reach the island without touching the water (including shock grenade propulsion), the easiest method is to simply take a zipline across. The zipline is located east of Mega City, right on the coastline. Yes, it’s that easy! As soon as you drop from the zipline and land on Knotty Nets, the quest will pop.

You can find the exact location of the zipline in the gallery above.
