How to sign up for the Elden Ring: Nightreign Network Test

Registering for Elden Ring: Nightreign’s January 2025 Network test requires following these step-by-step tips:

  1. Head to the official Bandai Namco Elden Ring: Nightreign page.
  2. Enter and verify your email address in the mailing list box.
  3. Complete the Captcha.
  4. Press Sign up now.
  5. Verify your email through Bandai Namco’s email.

Yep, it’s a quick and simple process once you know where to sign up. Once you confirm your email and sign up, Bandai Namco will send an automated email asking you to verify your email. Once you do this, you’ll officially be part of the Elden Ring: Nightreign mailing list, allowing you to playtest the game during the January 2025 network test.

However, there’s a chance you won’t see the Bandai Namco email right away. Check your spam folder just in case it accidentally went there instead. You can also add Bandai Namco (email.bandainamcoent.com) to your safe sender list to ensure you receive the latest updates about Elden Ring: Nightreign’s playtest and your eligibility as soon as possible.

It’s also possible that, even if you’re an early applicant for the playtest, you may not get the opportunity to try it. With how many players sign up and the limited slots for testing, not everyone will get a chance to play until future playtests or the game’s full launch. Nonetheless, be sure to watch your email, just in case.

The playtest will cover a portion of Elden Ring: Nightreign before its official launch later in the year. Although the Bandai Namco page doesn’t specify how long it will last, playtesters will likely spend a few hours exploring the story’s first part. According to the site, the playtest also covers “various technical verifications of online systems,” hence the “network” part of the name.
