Reaching Friendly friendship status with your customers in Schedule 1 requires consistently selling weed to them without overcharging, giving them poor-quality goods, or being late to your deliveries. As long as you sell them high-quality bags, arrive on time for the order, and provide exactly what they asked for at a reasonable price, they’ll be satisfied.

Early in your playthrough, most customers will be easy to please. Their standards are low until you reach Westville and beyond, allowing you to sell a few poor-quality bags in Northtown here and there if needed. However, if you want to maximize their satisfaction and grow your friendships quicker, keeping to Standard quality and above is the way to go.

You also need to be careful with your delivery scheduling. If you schedule everything in the same timeframe and miss your orders, your customer satisfaction will lower, and you’ll have a harder time getting more orders from them in the future. Space them out if needed, or plan the deliveries for hours in the future so you have time to grow, bag, and organize your products.
