You canā€™t join in on Early Access right now. The influencers you may have seen playing it had access to an advanced playtest that isnā€™t available to the public. Beyond that, the actual release of Gray Zone Warfare is set to launch into Early Access on April 30.

But, as it is now, unless youā€™re an influencer and can get the attention of Madfinger Games when they run another playtest, there currently is no way to play Gray Zone Warfareā€™s Early Access until April 30.
