For the most part, these Puffs use the same recipe while merely substituting the vegetable for the obvious main ingredient in the name of the recipe.

In order to make most of these Puffs, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 of the vegetables in the name of the recipe
  • 1 Cheese
  • 1 Eggs

Cheese costs 180 Star Coins each, while Eggs cost 220 Star Coins each and both can be purchased at Chez Remy.

This recipe is the only puff currently within the game that has a slightly different recipe. Rather than Eggs, you’ll need Canola.

Canola seeds can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor, or sometimes can be purchased as a ready-to-cook ingredient in the same place.

Here’s the full recipe for Kronk’s Spinach Puffs:

  • 1 Spinach
  • 1 Cheese
  • 1 Canola
