There are various ways to level up, but here are the fastest ways in Assassin’s Creed Shadows:

• Complete Contracts

Complete all Contracts

Completing all Contracts in every Season will give you a major boost in XP that ultimately will help in leveling you up. Certain Contracts also offer Mon in return—the game’s currency—which you need to upgrade gear along the way.

Not all Contracts offer the same XP, but they all accumulate to give you a greater return. Complete them, and you can even earn other important items, such as Silk. To accept a Contract, you need to head over to your Kakurega safehouses.

Clear Castles

Another great way to level up fast is by clearing Castles. There will be many enemies to take down stealthily or with brute force, and you will get XP in return.

Look out for Samurai Daishos. These are high-level enemies that appear in smaller numbers in Castles, and killing them gives you greater XP and Mastery Points.

Complete missions

Build a Tera in the Hideout

As you progress with the story, build a Tera in the Hideout. This will give you a 10% XP boost, which can level you up faster.
